The stage was full of Brads.

On Wednesday night Brad Pitt won the Best Supporting Actor award for his role in "Once Upon A Time In Hollywood" from the National Board of Review. Actor Bradley Cooper presented him with the award.

In his acceptance speech, Pitt thanked his friend for attending the gala and said that he's in a better place in his life thanks to Cooper.

“Thank you, Bradley. Bradley just put his daughter to bed and then rushed over here to do this,” Pitt began before informing the audience that he “got sober because of this guy, and every day has been happier ever since.”

The 56-year-old then gave the fellow actor a thumbs-up and added, “I love you, and I thank you.”

Pitt has been sober ever since attending Alcoholics Anonymous for a year-and-a-half in 2016 following his split from Angelia Jolie, according to US Magazine.

The former spouses share 6 children together: Maddox, 18, Pax, 16, Zahara, 15, Shiloh, 13, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 11.

Pitt previously told GQ Style that he quit everything except for drinking when he started a family adding that he could not “remember a day since I got out of college when I wasn’t boozing or had a spliff.”

Earlier this week, Pitt and his "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" co-star, Leonardo DiCaprio, appeared on Marc Maron’s “WTF” podcast on RADIO.COM where the actor showed off his newfound sense of humor by referring to his personal life as a “disaster.”

“I'm just like trash mag fodder! I don't know -- because of my disaster of a personal life, probably. Most likely,” Pitt joked, explaining why he believes the media has an insatiable obsession with his personal life.
