Jennifer Lopez Shares 'Proud Mama' Moment of Son Singing at School

March 1, 2020

For Jennifer Lopez, musical talent runs in the family.

Lopez was a very proud mother as she watched her son Max in his school musical play. Her son participated in a production of “The Wizard of Oz.”

The clip shows Max singing a solo as the coroner of Munchkinland. The 12-year-old in the video tells Dorothy and her friends that the Wicked Witch of the East is dead, reported TODAY.

Lopez captioned the video, "The littlest munchkin. #WizardOfOz #proudmama."

Lopez shares Max and his twin sister Emme with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, who is also a singer.

The mother-of-two isn’t shy when it comes to sharing her children’s talents. Last September, she shared a video of Max singing Vance Joy’s “Riptide.” His twin sister strummed along to the tune.

She captioned the video, “My heart can’t take it... --♥️---- -- #coconuts  #familia  #dinnertableserenade  #música.”

And fans cannot forget when her 12-year-old daughter joined her onstage for the 2020 Super Bowl.

The young singer joined her mother for a medley of “Let’s Get Loud” and a cover of Bruce Springsteen's “Born in The USA." She’s never performed for an audience this big, but Emme is no stranger to the stage - she sang “Limitless” with JLo in last year’s “It’s My Party” tour.

The iconic moment quickly gained viral status with fans of JLo sharing images and clips from the performance.

Just last week, the twins celebrated their 12th birthday, which Lopez marked with a sweet throwback photo on Instagram.

"I know you're 12 years old today but you will always be my babies. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BEAUTIFUL COCONUTS!!!," Lopez captioned the photo.
