More great music and great vibes lined up for the Acoustic Sunrise this Sunday morning.

Catch a new version of Someone You Loved with LEWIS CAPALDI playing an acoustic guitar plus ROB THOMAS and THIRD EYE BLIND all in the first 15 minutes of the show! We’ll hear a new song from ED SHEERAN, a beautiful piano based performance from DEMI LOVATO and a really cool recording of a song from ALANIS MORISSETTE’s iconic “Jagged Little Pill” album — all in the first hour, as well.

The 8 o’clock hour begins with a song that spent 14 weeks in the Top 10 in 2006 from NELLY FURTADO. We’ll also hear from The Script, a great acoustic guitar based version of TRAIN’s Calling All Angels and a really fun performance from NO DOUBT. We’ll kick off the 9:00am hour with the first acoustic version of a song that was #1 on the AC chart for 15 weeks in the early 2000s from an artist who’s sold over 100 million albums.

We’ve also got EVANESCENCE, VANCE JOY and the GOO GOO DOLLS and something really special from JASON DERULO. This is his first appearance on the show and it’s a truly amazing vocal performance — just him and an acoustic guitar. Matthew’s

“Gem of the Week” is a really cool acoustic performance of a song that hit #1 on the Billboard Adult Top 40 chart and #2 on the Hot 100 back in 1998. It’s never before been heard on the Acoustic Sunrise! Ya can’t miss this one right around 9:45am. Plus, throughout the show we’ve got MAROON 5, SIXPENCE NONE THE RICHER, AUGUSTANA, U2, SAM SMITH, KESHA, EXTREME, FOSTER THE PEOPLE, JOHN MAYER, HOOTIE and a whole lot more.

And, finally, if you missed HALSEY’s jazz based cover of the JONAS BROTHERS “Sucker” a couple of weeks ago, make sure to tune in a little after 10 o’clock. This has been the most asked about, most commented on and most requested song since we played it the first time. Ya gotta hear it!

Check our the Acoustic Sunrise every Sunday morning for a great mix of UNPLUGGED, STRIPPED DOWN and EXCLUSIVE LIVE PERFORMANCES from today’s biggest artists and your favorites of all time. Plus great stories about the songs and artists you love.
