The "Heaven" singer told RADIO.COM's Annie of the Karson & Kennedy morning show that "after the AMAs I kind of got my name out there a little more to the Pop artists and that's when Khalid and Marshmello hit me up to do a song with them." Interestingly enough Kane already had the song for his album, but it never made it. "I decided to send it to Mello and he did his own thing with the beat."

It's a very exciting time for the singer and his wife Katelyn Jae because they're expecting a baby girl!! It was recently revealed that they will be naming her Kingsley.

When asked what he's most excited about becoming a dad, Brown said, "I did grow up without a father figure, so for me I just kinda want to make sure I'm always there for her and give her the best life she can have. I'm kind of excited to give her what I didn't have!" He went on to say "I just think she's going to be smarter than me when she's 12-years-old...girls mature faster!"
