This comes shortly after announcing his retirement!

According to WCVB, Rob Gronkowski has sold his Boston Seaport condo for $2.3 million after putting it on the market earlier this month. "The two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse loft is about 2,100 square feet. It also has a 340-square-foot private roof deck."

The penthouse is located in the Fort Point neighborhood on Wormwood Street. It has been reported that he doesn't spend much time at the pad, especially with his compound in Foxboro, so why keep it right?

Whoever got the apartment scored an amazing home -- the roof deck is incredible. Plus, "the condo comes with top-of-the-line appliances and Gronk memorabilia. To top it all off, it comes with two parking spaces -- one indoors and one outdoors."
