NHL.com reports that his future in the Stanley Cup Finals game is uncertain at this time. Bruins head coach Bruce Cassidy told reporters that "he [Chara> was advised not to return to play. (He) had some stitches, probably [will have> some dental work in the near future."

What's incredible about Chara is that he took this intense hit and still joined his team on the bench to watch them finish off the game, which ended in an unfortunate 2-4 loss to the St. Louis Blues.

Bruins defenseman Brandon Carlo stated that, "It just shows his great leadership...He's there to support the guys...Just his leadership is on a whole other level, especially during this final round that I've seen. He's always there for us."
