This Feel Good Story is out of the Culver City Police department, and shares the incident of a 9-month-old baby choking inside of her mothers car.

According to ABC News, Police officer Brian Cappell responded to a call that a baby was choking near by. Cappell was rushing to help the Lockridge family. Officer Cappell's body camera footage shows 10-year-old Auria leading him to her mothers car to help save his baby sister.

Cappell jumped into action. Janet Lockridge and her daughter Auria were praying the whole time while Officer Cappell struggled to save the baby's life.

Officer Cappell used his prior training to make hard slaps on the back, and thankfully his method worked. "Once I heard the baby crying, it was the best sound I ever heard in my life," he said.

Officer Cappell also received special honors Monday to commemorate his life-saving actions.
