Jessie James Decker Shares Photos Post Baby Number 3

How good does she look!

Getting rid of baby weight is no joke. Jessie James Decker weighs in on her struggle to lose the 47 pounds she gained during her pregnancy with baby number 3.  She just had her first photo shoot since giving birth to her son, and shares her anxieties. 

“I will admit I was anxious about having a bikini shoot after just having a baby and maybe I even cried a little from being so nervous and worried people would say some not nice things,” Decker shared.

Decker is constantly trying to balance the work-home lifestyle. She’s either changing diapers, in the studio finishing up a new song, or promoting her South Beach Diet. How amazing does she look! Seriously, any woman that has had a baby is superwoman. 

No squats on left vs squats and heavy weights and eating more protein on the right... the left is after Bubby and the right is yesterday (6/12 months after giving birth to Forrest) I am not quite at my goal yet but I’m getting close! I have to be honest even though I was 10 lbs lighter on the left I prefer my body on the right. I’m fit and eating better calories and really keeping track of my protein intake! My goal as a mom of 3 now is to be healthy and fit and feel good. I will admit I was anxious about having a bikini shoot after just having a baby and maybe I even cried a little from being so nervous and worried people would say not nice things. But I woke up feeling ok about it today because I want to show other mamas that we can do it. We can be fit and healthy together in our own time and feel good in our own skin. People who don’t have babies don’t understand how much our bodies change. But we are super hero’s to grow a human and it makes me that more driven to work hard knowing what our bodies can do! I love y’all and let’s get fit together ----
